About Us

Taylor University is a private, four-year Christian university with campuses in Upland and Fort Wayne, Indiana. The main campus in Upland traces its roots back to 1846. Its current student body of over 1875 is made up of mostly traditional (18-22 years of age) students, coming from almost every state and over 30 foreign countries.

Taylor University Fort Wayne (formerly Fort Wayne Bible College/Summit Christian College) became an extension of the main campus in 1992. TUFW is home to over 1040 students from 24 states and representing 32 denominations. Approximately 224 students live on campus. The undergraduate student population is made up of approximately 29 percent non-traditional, working adults who bring real-life vocational experiences to the classroom.
