To facilitate the development of servant leaders spiritually grounded, professionally qualified and prepared to influence their organizations, professional disciplines and the world around them for Christ.

Purpose Statement

To accomplish our mission, the Department of Management and Communication focuses on the following:

  1. Facilitating the ability to think through today’s issues from a biblical perspective.
  2. Developing skills in the areas of oral and written communication, critical and analytical thinking, problem solving and interpersonal relations.
  3. Combining theory, principles, techniques and practical applications, with an emphasis on current, real-world situations.
  4. Creating collaborative, interactive learning environments.
  5. Providing access to current business leaders through guest lectures, adjunct faculty, internships and field trips.
