Business Management
This specialty introduces the student to managerial skills necessary for self-employment and/or for general administrative positions in a variety of business environments such as retailing/wholesaling, manufacturing, agriculture, service industries and office administration.

Healthcare Management
This specialty prepares students for an entry-level position in healthcare. Current health trends are examined alongside a traditional management curriculum.

Human Resource Management
The topics discussed within this specialty are: human resource planning, recruitment, selection, training, evaluation, and compensation.

Logistics Management
Aspects of physical distribution, transportation systems, Just-In-Time (JIT), and inventory management are covered. These skills are designed to position students for successful careers in manufacturing, transportation, and retail business.

Marketing
Career opportunities may be found in management, promotions management, distribution, professional sales, retailing, wholesaling, and merchandising.

Operations Management
This specialty provides formal training in supervisory technologies and principles. Students learn how to set goals, plan, organize, staff, direct, matriculate, and control operations.

Quality Management
This specialty provides students with the opportunity to enter the quality management field with application knowledge in the latest concepts: Total Quality Management (TQM), Quality Control (QC), and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
