Taylor University Fort Wayne offers testing and academic evaluation services, including proficiency testing, testing for credit, AP score evaluation and certification, proctoring of correspondence exams, and providing information and materials related to major graduate school exams.

Taylor University is strongly committed to institutional effectiveness and improvement. Assessment efforts reflect our recognition that as stewards of God's resources, we must give significant attention to matters of accountability. Therefore, the University coordinates and facilitates institutional efforts to evaluate the effectiveness of institutional programs and initiatives. While Taylor has long given attention to excellence, the university is working to assure that continuous quality improvement is fully assimilated into all aspects of the institution. The university has been an active participant in a number of voluntary appraisal initiatives including the Council of Christian Colleges and Universities Comprehensive Assessment Project, the Higher Educational Research Institute Cooperative Institutional Research Project, the National Survey of Student Engagement, and the Student Satisfaction Inventory. In addition, the university conducts an ongoing series of internal institutional assessment initiatives.
