Transcript Information

Transcripts are provided as a free service to Taylor University Fort Wayne Students. Financial accounts with the university must be current for transcripts to be released. Questions regarding financial accounts should be addressed to the Business Office.

Transcripts are usually sent out within five working days of the request.

Request Process

In accordance with Federal law, the student must sign a transcript request. Requests can be submitted in person, by mail or fax to the Registrar's Office.

Students may pick up a "Transcript Request Form" from the Registrar's Office or download the form here. Current students should take the form to the Business office for approval before delivering it to the Registrar's office for processing.

Mailed requests may be obtained by sending a written request or mailing in the Transcript Request Form to:

If you are unable to obtain a "Transcript Request Form, please include the following information in your request: Your full name (Please include any previous names); the address to which you want the transcript(s) sent; the number of transcripts to be sent; your address and daytime telephone number; your Social Security number, birth date and Taylor ID number if you have it; dates attended and degree(s) earned. Your written signature is required!

Most colleges and universities require transcripts to be delivered directly to them by mail.

Transcripts may be sent by fax, however, faxed transcripts are unofficial and have limited usefulness.

Special Handling

A 2-day special handling service is available for a charge of $25.00. For this to take place please include a VISA, MasterCard, or Discover credit card number and expiration date on your transcript request. The request must be received by 12:00pm EST to guarantee the 2 day special handling delivery. Requests received after 12:00pm EST may take an extra day.
