Alumni Council
The Alumni Council is serving a vital role during this transitional time meeting regularly in order to act as the representatives of the Fort Wayne campus Alumni Association to advise and assist the director of the Alumni Resource Center.
The chief functions of the Alumni Council are:
- Serve as an advisory council to the alumni office staff in how the staff can better understand and meet the needs of the alumni constituency and their relationship with Taylor University.
- Inform the constituents in their regional area of events and happenings pertaining to the University.
- Promote Taylor University Fort Wayne and the needs of the University in their regional area.
The members of the Alumni Council are elected to serve a term of three years. A member may sit on the Council for two terms, but then must sit out for one year before another term is started.The next Alumni Council meeting is July 11, 2009
All meetings are held in the Brown Gables, 827 W Rudisill Blvd. (Alumni Resource Center) from 8 - 1 or 2 pm.
