Student Health Insurance

All students, with the exception of Credits-In-Escrow students, are automatically assessed the Student Health Insurance Fee each semester. If you would like to waive coverage, the TUFW Business Office must receive your official waiver request by September 7, 2007, for fall semester and/or February 8,  2008, for spring semester.

Since the student is the policy holder, it is the student's responsibility to waive the insurance if he/she wants to decline coverage. The charge can be waived online via the myTAYLOR portal beginning August 5, 2007, or by returning a completed waiver request form to TUFW Business Office by the deadline stated above.
