Withdrawals & Refunds

Dropping a class before the start of the semester results in a full refund in applicable tuition, fees, room, and board; however, a change in the number of registered hours may also result in a change in the student’s financial aid package.

Refund policies after the start of the semester:

Withdrawal from All Courses

If a student withdraws from all courses, a form from the Dean of Students’ Office must be filled out. The date on the completed form determines the amount refunded. If the form is not completed in full, the student is responsible for all charges.
