Parents' Association

Purpose

The purpose of the TUFW Parents' Association shall be to foster and to cultivate the spirit of a continuing Christian community of parents of Taylor University, to unite that community into a vital force of influence, support and action through effective communication among members and with the University; and to have a strong voice in support of the continued spiritual welfare of the University.

Overview

Because your son or daughter is enrolled at Taylor University Fort Wayne, you are automatically part of the TUFW Parents' Association.

The Association, governed by a Parents' Cabinet, was formed in 1993, one year after the Fort Wayne Campus was "adopted" into the Taylor University family.

The TUFW Parents' Association and Cabinet serves three primary functions:

  1. Assist in communication between TUFW administration and parents/students.
  2. Sponsorship of the Students' Emergency Assistance Fund.
  3. Plan and coordinate the annual "Family Weekend" celebration in the fall.

Parents' Cabinet welcomes input from any of the Taylor University Fort Wayne "family." Please share your communication through the Cabinet President.
